Q: Do these sandals have arch support?

Yes they have good arch support and feel wonderful. However they run large. I wear a size 9 shoe but 9 in these is way too loose and hard to keep on my feet.

Q: i wear hoke clifton size 9.5 us abit lose thou.. what size should i go for the men hoka men slides?

I would maybe almost order a half size lower than your sneaker size since they tend to stretch out after wearing them a tad.

Q: How will you know if these sandals are regular or wide in sizes?

They are wide but they mold to your feet don’t let know one wear them.My husband was wearing mine and they were molded to my feet and he walks different then me and I had to buy a new pair. I bought the men’s 10. I have wide feet and they are the most comfortable flip flop. They support your arch if your flat footed. Wear in house to get use to them for 2 days then I just wear them constantly.I also bought the sneaker all black Hoka. Omg they feel like your walking on a cloud. They are a very light sneaker not a heavy sneaker. Seriously you won’t be sorry. I wear my flip flops in the winter with black socks if I have to run to the store. Yep I do
