Fill in crossword puzzles using only numbers -- no clues
These games are great if you love crossword puzzles and words themselves. They are very tricky. Each puzzle is set up like a crossword puzzle, and uses all 26 letters. The squares have numbers in them, and by matching the numbers with a letter, you can solve the puzzle. I found it hard at first, but the more you complete, the more familiar you become with generalized uses of letters, and that helps solve the puzzle. They provide you with a few letters to start with, and then you complete the rest as you try to figure out which words correspond to the given letters.

Challenging enough not to bore one
Thought the puzzles were engaging, even the easy ones. The only regret is the paper quality of the pages. The type of paper used is newsprint which smudges a bit.

Good Puzzle Book
I really enjoy these puzzles. I wish the book were spiral bound. It would be easier to keep open. The puzzles are challenging but not impossible. These are probably not for a beginning codewords solver.

Thin paper
The puzzles are good and fun to solve. The only issue I have with it so far is that the paper used is very thin. Using just a pencil, and applying the standard amount of pressure one does whilst writing, the backside of the paper, along with the next 2 (two) pages front and back have imprints of the letters I wrote in on a prior puzzle. Be advised of that and adjust accordingly; probably not a good idea to use a pen either, I’d imagine the ink would bleed straight through.

Great
I am a BIG fan of code words. These can't be found in stores every where. Not quite crossword, not quite sudoku. A game in it's own league! match each letter to the corresponding number from 1-26. Each puzzle has a different number.

moving on to codewords
I have gotten tired of sudoku and crossword puzzles. Codeword puzzles are the perfect transition. Thank you. These volumes from The Times of London are excellent for the novice, ranging from easy to more difficult to hard. They will exercise your mind.

I'm a big fan of code word puzzles, This one is small enough to fit in my purse and I can take it with me wherever. Has come in handy several times, ie, Dr's office, while waiting for a table to become available in a busy restaurant, etc. Thoroughly enjoying it.
