Q: Do these needles work in an elna envision ce20 embroidery machine?

I would think they could. If you are going to do very heavy embroidering I would buy the Schmitz 75 embroidery needles. If you do free standing lace or simple embroidery work the others will work.

Q: are these ballpoint needles?

They are very nice for sewing with sewing machine. They are also excellent for making free standing lace embroidery work, like ornaments, dollies or other lace work with a embroidery machine. They last a long time for using for sewing and I change them a little more often when using on embroidery machine. Like them very much well worth the money. I don’t think they are ball point, but they are good needles.

Q: does this work with bother se1900 embroidery machine

These needles work great with my Brother PE800. Flat shank. So much cheaper and no issues. I would assume they work with all the Brother machines.
