Eucerin Oil Control Sun Gel-Cream Dry Touch SPF 50+ 50ml has become an absolute staple for me — I reorder it on repeat and genuinely wouldn’t be without it now. Honestly, it’s better than a tinted moisturiser. It gives my skin a smooth, even look, helps blur the appearance of larger pores, keeps shine under control, and balances out pigmentation beautifully. I’ve even had compliments on my skin since using it — which says it all! It’s perfect for combination skin — lightweight, non-greasy, and truly “dry touch” as promised. No heavy feeling, no breakouts, just fresh, healthy-looking skin all day. The biggest win? I barely wear makeup anymore. This does the job on its own and gives high SPF protection, which is so important for everyday skin health. If you want something that protects your skin and makes it look better at the same time, this is it — I honestly can’t recommend it enough.

Having never heard of Eucerin I stumbled across it recommended on a skin care thread. I have oily, acne prone skin and struggle to find a face sun cream that doesn't leave me a greasy mess. Eucerin is great for this! The packaging is a cylindrical tube with a press top that dispenses the suncream. Cons of this are its difficult to know exactly how much you have in the tube however it's very easy to use. The cream itself is an offwhite colour but does not leave a white cast and absorbs really well. I don't use moisturizer before using this and have found my skin is a tiny bit drier but doesn't get oily which is great. Value for money wise I'd say it's a little pricier than some brands however as it absorbs so well, feels nice, isn't tacky/sticky and doesn't leave me greasy it's worth the money. Plus it's a 50+ SPF rating! I've recommended it to quite a few people now as for a face suncream it's pretty spot on. Hasn't broken me out in spots either and just generally seems like a good, reliable cream.

I’ve used loads of SPF creams over the years and honestly just put up with the usual issues. Greasy by midday, white cast even when they claim there isn’t one, and that thick heavy texture that feels like a full on sun cream sitting on your skin. This is the complete opposite. I was specifically looking for an SPF that wasn’t basically a moisturiser, as those are always far too heavy for me. Although this does have moisturising qualities, it is unbelievably light and absorbs within seconds. It means I can choose my own moisturiser underneath without feeling like I’m layering sludge on my face. I have very oil sensitive skin. Anything heavy and I turn shiny fast. This has been exceptional. No greasiness, no heavy barrier feeling, and no white cast at all. One thing I really love is the pump. It actually gives you a proper, realistic amount for full SPF protection. With most SPFs, one pump is never enough for the claimed protection unless you want to look oily and uncomfortable. This one feels well thought out and easy to use properly. It feels quite thick when it first comes out of the bottle, which surprised me, but once applied it just disappears into the skin. It’s genuinely really pleasant to apply. If you struggle with SPFs being too thick, too oily, or feeling like they sit on top of the skin, I would absolutely recommend this. This is now my go to SPF and I’m genuinely relieved to have finally found one I don’t have to compromise with.

I have oily, acne-prone skin and I’ve been using Epiduo (made of a retinoid that makes skin very photosensitive and dry) for 1.5 years now so I was looking for something that would keep oil under control, keep my skin moisturised and of course provide high levels of UV protection. And I love this SPF! I use half a pump for my whole face which covers it perfectly, once rubbed in it does go dry as advertised, and it doesn’t leave my skin really flaky and white which I love.

really like this sunscreen. It is super lightweight and perfect for girls with oily skin. The texture is smooth and absorbs quickly into the skin. It is not greasy at all and leaves no white cast, which is great especially for darker skin tones. It also works well under makeup and keeps the face looking matte. Definitely a good choice if you want sun protection without a heavy or shiny feeling.

This is such a good spf for oily skin. I don’t use a moisturiser with it - just this on its own and it acts as an spf, primer and moisturiser. It keeps the oils at bay and my make up doesn’t pill. It’s brilliant!
