Don't expect much more than strap in and invert. Slowly at first and work up to more inversion (information that came with my table) look elsewhere! No stretching, no exercise, no expanded detail over what I expect most people would be looking at an inversion table for... To hang upside down.

As the title says it is easy to assemble and seems to be working great. Pain from top of spine hardly any, middle of spine same, base of spine improving and to my surprise my knees are feeling better. Arrived on time, the instruction easy t follow

Written well especially 4 a non medical professional. I would recommend those folks with controlled high blood pressure to measure there B/P before attempting inversion therapy. Make sure the reading is in the normal range before starting. Leave the cuff on, invert to the first setting and return to the rest position after 3 minutes. Immediately repeat B/P. Let your health care practitioner now the results. My inversion table will arrive next week. I am excited about trying it.

After reading some of the reviews I expected more problems but in fact we followed the instructions and it works perfectly and has continued working perfectly. Every single piece was in the package with instructions (that were minimal) that made perfect sense AFTER we painstakingly had completed the assembly. It took us a few hours but once it was done it was worth it. The relief to our spines, pelvis and shoulders was noticeable after a week or so. I would recommend that you get one or the models that has the longer stick for locking down the ankle clamps so you don't have to bend way over to work it.

This goes so well with the purchase of an Inversion Table. Explains the why's and wherefors to get the best use out of your inversion table.
