Used for cat5 cable
Spliced cat5 cable easy and quick just insert wires and pinch closed with any pliers worked great for quick fix .

Perfect little wire-ties.
I love these little crimp-type wire ties. You don't even need to strip the wire. Just put the two wire ends into the connector and squeeze. Once squeezed, they are waterproof. Very nice for quick connections.

They work just fine
The trick I figured out is you have to pull out the orange button using small needle nosed pliers first & then you can insert the wires. Then reinsert the button with the metal piece perpendicular to the wires & squeeze it down with pliers.
