Q: whats the voltage for the POE to turn on? I've try 24v and 48v and nothing?

These are powered up by the camera power that is already on the CAT cable.

Q: Indoor/Outdoor use for these?

I am using it for an outdoor camera. So far it works fine. I have had it installed for about a month.

Q: Will this device work on RG11 coax cable?

I used it on RG6 and RG 59 at 1800 ft and they worked perfect. So I don’t know why it wouldn’t work with RG 11.
