PERFECT
*First off let me say how this fitsI am about 5”9 I am 218 lbs and I purchased the xl of this . It fits perfect . It isn’t tight or uncomfortable in anyway around my torso chest back or hips etc.* secondly let me talk about why I purchased this for me . I recently broke my spine and fractured my T4 . I had surgery ( surgery went great ) . After my recovery time the doctor cleared me to go fully back to work . ( I am a cdl driver for a garbage company) a lot of heavy lifting is involved. So I bought this product just to add support just to get me back into the swings of things at work . It is perfect ! It supports the very top of my spine ( upper middle between shoulder blades ) and supports all the middle and lower . I mean complete support of back and middle of spine . The Velcro doesn’t come off at work ( sweating a lot ) also I am able to wear it comfortably outside my work shirt if needed . ( our work shirts are long sleeve and like a spf wear ). It’s breathable on me so I don’t feel like I’m suffocating and also my biggest thing . This doesn’t make it awkward in any way . Like I can perform task ( physically). And it doesn’t prevent from bending lifting sitting for long periods of time ( like cdl driving )Last is like to say everyone is different. But if you’re looking for something to help you out like what I needed then this is for you . Give it a try

Works as advertised
This product works fairly well. It's not incredibly stiff down the back so if you need something with robust support, this one may not be for you. In my case, I just needed something to remind me to stand upright while on my feet all day. It gives me enough resistance to throughout the day to do just that.I'm just over 6ft. tall, weight about 180. I first bout the large size but it was a little too small a fit. I bought the extra large and returned the first one with no problems. Refund was quick. It's a good product at a fair price. I wear it daily and it seems to be helping.

Fantastic item for back correction
I was looking for a Back Brace Posture Corrector; I researched many, and I decided to give this one a shot. I am happy with my decision. The adjustable straps are nice and sturdy. I like to wear my back corrector tight so it pulls my shoulders back. I'm impressed with the comfortability and the low profile. I wear a short sleeve shirt to work and it's barely noticeable; no one has noticed that I'm wearing the back corrector. The only complaint I have, and I'm sure this applies to most of the back protectors on the market. is the discomfort under the armpits. I typically wear tank tops, although I noticed the discomfort and wear marks on my armpits. I have since started wearing full t-shirts and that have relieved the red marks and some of the discomfort. I'm comfortable with the minor discomfort

WEAK VELCRO & harder than it looks.
UPDAE TOO! I had some work being done at the local seamstress. TOday I took the brace in and asked her about the velcro. SHE FIXED IT ON THE SPOT FOR FREE! Literally...her compassion was really cool as she said, "you should not wait for your back...I will fix it right now." Then she wouldn't take money for it. All she did was sew on a three inch piece of new velcro beside the factory piece on the ends of the straps. PROBLEM SOLVED! I can't even push the straps to come loose now if I try. Wearing the brace and really noticing the difference. So buy it. Figure out how to work the straps. But by all means...don;t settle for cheap-o corner-cutting. Go get some velcro sewn on there.UPDATE. After two weeks, the velcro fails very fast. It is not working out and does not stay fastened. CHEAP materials and not enough velcro. Now unusable and a waste of too much money for the quality. The video does not show how to arrange the straps and run them to fit properly. The instructions are complete dogcrap. It takes a bit to figure out. Don't let anyone fool you.Lay it out face down and imagine draping the straps forward over your shoulders...you can see how they won't cross across the back with the vecro on the proper side. So you have to turn the strap halfway. Don;t do it up by the shoulder or you will never figure out how to put it on.Turn the strap over at the bottom just before crossing it over throough the loop on the back. Be aware...it is velcro...so it is not easy to slip through the loop without it catching on the vest and pissing you off. So be patient and expect it. Then you can temporarily stick the velcro to the waist straps til you get the thing on.Pick it up without moving it around and you can see how you just have to sorta slip your arm in each side without changing the position or direction of the straps. Once you have the straps run, the only thing to get used to is putting it on.Not easy the first few times. But try it a few times and it gets better as you get used to it. Hopefully.Once you have your arms throough the shoulder straps, sinch the waist straps tight around your gut. Then you have to sort of twist yourself back to grab the hanging straps one at a time. But once you get em, you just pull them around to the front, hold your shoulders way back, then stick the velcro as tight as you feel comfortable.Follow the instructions about wearing it gradually. It may not seem like it, but soon it starts to really feel tight as it pulls your shoulders back. So take breaks. And the waist strap is comfy enough. As a fat guy, it cuts into my gut at the top when sitting at my desk all day. So there is that. You get used to positioning it best for you.Worst part is they cheeped out on the velcro and the cross-straps pop loose all the time while sitting at my desk. Maybe I am fat at 6ft and 225lb. But still, the little pieces of velcro are a cheap move.Hope this helps some other frustrated angry customer who can't get the thing on!

Good support and comfort
I purchased this back support to prevent me from slouching and for support when bending. I find the support is outstanding, it keeps me sitting up straight, pulls my shoulders back, and prevents lower and mid back pain from slouching. I can wear it all day and it remains comfortable. It helps if you put it on over a t-shirt as it is more comfortable not directly against your skin long term. I purchased neoprene shoulder padding for a Suba diving tank harness and put it over the shoulder straps to increase the padding in the armpits. This prevents the straps from cutting into you after several hours of wear. I would definitely purchase it again. Good product and worth the cost.

Caused injury
WARNING!!! I wore this back support during work for a few weeks. Felt great. Unfortunately, without it, it caused my back to go into 24/7 spasms. Muscle relaxers and physical therapy to regain my spine muscles. And the cherry on top, I wore it so tight, I cracked a rib. My physician advised these should be prescribed by a professional only. Beware. It’s not worth all the pain I’m in.
