Very good plant received, pot quality is good, don't know whether there is potting mix ready for this plant in the pot or do I have to make new soil composition...

I liked this item but not any other plant from ugaao... I ordered some 3-4 of them and all of them were not in a great condition condition. 1 is dead, 1 is struggling to survive and rest 2 are fine. I expected all plants to be in better shape specially when they charge so much. I suggest buying from local nursery shops are much better than buying plants online

It is a beautiful plant, please don't pack it the way you guys did, I mean you killed it.. So many tapes leavs falling mud was stuck, a plant can't breathe like this, if you wanted tk keep it damage free what was the need to put that bloody tape on the leaves and mud, dude! You killed this poor thing, keep selling we will buy but don't be harsh on these beautiful things very bad packaging no value for money and this plant has gone through so much it seems really

Good Luck Jade plant
The plant is good, nicely packed, with plastic pot but received the plant in broken condition. Many of the leaves and branches were torn and was in broken condition.The packaging should be better to keep the plant in good shape.Overall not so happy with product. Better buy from local nursery nearby our home.

The size was exactly what I expected and also as mentioned.the plant received in good packing and healthy.although plant is not in very good condition due to some confusing informations about the plant on internet.pot is good and workingthe mud mixture is good and full mix of soil and full of biological residues.overall very good for your study table. and small places if you keep your plant healthy.I highly recommend and appreciate Ugaoo team.

It took a while to arrive ( still way before the estimated delivery date thank goodness) and I was so worried if my plant will make it through the journey. The packhing tube I got was a little bent but everything inside was safe. Kudos to the shop for providing such amazing packhing and safely delivering my plant. It looked lush and full. So far it's healthy, I hope I can take care of it well.The pot and soil and everything looks fine. Happy with purchase. Will buy from the shop again and will recommend it to others
