Someone referred this product saying that it works great. Received open bottle which is a hugh red flag and husband tried it and complain of his nose area getting tight and difficult to breathe. Be careful esp if you have medical conditions. The effect seem minimal in comparison to high effect I was told and I'm sure it's because of the medical conditions.
