I was looking to build my strength up after an illness and bought this to get going again. I was a little sceptical but first use, my chest looks super pumped. Much more than doing various gym exercises. I’ll use it for 20-30 mins each day but I can absolutely vouch for its effectiveness. Very good value for money

Hits the areas as intended. Helpful to take away with you if needed. The centre can move sometimes when you’re exercising which can make balance tricky at times. Overall handy for a small space.

Durch die Erhöhung kann man deutlich tiefer nach unten gehen, was das Training intensiviert und die Muskeln besser beansprucht. Bereits nach kurzer Zeit konnte ich eine Leistungssteigerung feststellen.
