Amazing! I had removed carpet and had already tried several products to get the cat pee smell out of apartment. Nothing worked until I used Recon on the concrete and wood sub-flooring

I bought an apartment, where one of the bedrooms was completely permeated with smoke from the neighbors. I painted with this sealer LAST SUMMER and for almost a year it didn’t make any difference. I closed the room and prepared to break the walls. But a few days ago the smell began to dissipate. I put a fan on, and now it’s almost gone. So yes, the sealer smell lingers for a while, but it’s not so bad. But I still can’t believe my bedroom is saved.

Our normal "go to" product for this purpose is very expensive and managing the technicians use of it for proper dilution and application has a cost as well. This product more than fits the bill for most projects and allows us to hold back the other product as a "only as needed and approved" item thereby substantially extending the time between reordering. Some of our technicians actually prefer this over the other one as well...

I moved into an apartment that someone had been smoking cigarettes in for years. Before I moved in, instead of properly cleaning the walls, they were painted over, really locking in the smell. I tried a lot of different things, but this was the only thing that reduced the scent a lot. It’s not totally gone after one good scrub down of everything, but it’s definitely a lot better than it was. I’m going to try another scrub down using it and hope it reduces it even more. I don’t super love the scent but anything is better than the baked cigarette smell!!
