The brace overall seems to correct and help my dad's posture. I noticed the shoulder straps needs better placing as it has a tendency to slip and cut armpit circulation. It works though.

This was a very good back brace, especially since it even fit my short torso. My only qualm with this product is it can change your under arms if you keep it on for a prolonged amount of time or without proper undergarment clothing.

A few years ago I bought a posture corrector back brace that was easy to use and the build quality seemed great for the price. This one on the other hand, just feels flimsy. I was expecting in-place shoulder straps that you can simply adjust by pulling up and down(that’s how my other one was.) but this one is terrible. You have two shoulder flaps that cross on the back, and they meet at your belly, where you adjust it by moving the Velcro. I can already tell it’s going to slip. It doesn’t make your back feel as secure as I would want from a posture corrector back brace. Please stay away and invest in something easier to use

I have tried many back supports but they never worked . I am 120 pounds and 5’5” tall. The small fits perfectly. I have lower back pain and it is very severe at times. I am recovering from two stress fractures. I may wear the brace from 2 to 4 hours at the time. It does give me relief and also encourages me to bend from the hips. I like the support for the shoulders. As with all braces I do stop and readjust when needed. I am glad that I bought this particular brace . If you have back problems you know nothing is perfect but any relief is wonderful.
