The media could not be loaded. I love that these came with the racks and in 3 different sizes. They distribute the heat evenly so it’s perfect for roasting my dandelion roots. I like how sturdy they are when baking cookies and rolls. They are rust resistant and very versatile. They are very functional and you can cooked a whole meal on one pan and they store easily in your cupboards. The shine doesn’t wash off which keeps them looking good.

These pans are solid. When you open the box you can see your self cooking with them. Literally. They have a mirror finish when you first open the box. And it does not wear off quickly either. So far I've cooked a lot of food, baked, and run them through the dishwasher and only had 1 stain cause I baked oiled and seasoned chicken on them on the rack, then accidentally put it down on a hot burner. If I hadn't done that they would still be pristine. All in all they are a great set of pans and I'm have another set in my cart cause 3 just isn't enough.

If it weren't my stupid fault for not checking measurements, I'd drop these to a 3, but since I didn't actually verify the size, I'm taking responsibility here.First, the mirror finish is very nice! That is, until you cook with them once. Even putting foil down didn't prevent the biggest one from getting a little grease on it. I have-washed it and it came out cloudy, and the second time was in the dishwasher, still little imperfections started forming from just not getting it clean enough. Maybe I need jet dry, which I'm absolutely terrified if after an incident over a decade ago in which I had a drop of that stuff fly up onto my cheek.The racks are all perfect fits to their pans, and the smallest one is actually a perfect fit for my toaster oven! Great replacement for the cheap aluminum garbage that comes with toaster ovens. Particularly when you use the rack. Still doesn't leave enough space for a mini pizza, but that's virtually impossible since the toaster itself is just big enough.Honestly these would get a 5 if they weren't such a massive pain to keep clean and shiny! I worked as a dishwasher at a high-volume buffet and we had some stainless sheet pans that looked shiny again after a hand wash to get the crud off, let alone after going into the high-heat dishwasher.It's not a huge problem but part of the appeal is the mirror finish on these, and I can't see that lasting very long with how easily these get scuffed, stained, and otherwise made imperfect.Great build quality otherwise though. They're sufficiently heavy to indicate being steel, no weird issues with the extrusion or rolling, just overall well-made, but don't expect the big guy there to be a full half-sheet pan. It's good for a small roast or even bacon (seriously try making bacon with the rack, it's a thing of beauty), but it's very limiting for, say, cookies.

I bought this set for two reasons. One is I plan on making pretzels and bagels using a lye solution and I wanted draining pans / racks made of stainless steel, and the other is I did not have any baking sheets with racks that properly fit them. These fit the bills nicely. They are fairly heavy duty and the 3 sizes are different enough to accommodate many different uses. They seem like they will last a long time.

These are great baking sheets. No warping at 425 degrees. Have been washed with no rusting or discolor. They are thick and excellent quality. It's really nice to have the racks too. They can be used as cooling racks also beside to bake on. Perfect size assortment.

Good for baking cow feet and tounge and genitals...we tried it threw the tray in the oven and there it went hour and half later slapped some butter on that kitty and it was mind blowing !!!

Wish I would have bought a long time ago. Easy to clean, and look great. Other baking trays are not as non stick as they should be and effectively cleaning them is hard. I like to broil, practically burn some of my food. That can make cleaning quite difficult. It's just fine with these though. I do a little soak and in the pan and then lightly use a stainless steel scrubber and voila

Love the 3 sizes, with matching racks. The quality of these sheets are great! Beautiful Stainless steel, without the toxins. I use parchment paper to keep my pans nice,. I love the racka as you can roast vegetables on them, or do jerky in the oven, which I often do. Endless uses. Love then & I would have expected them costing more$$ for the quality. Can't beat the price with these!
