Easy planner but not really useful for knowing what to plan. Good recipes but scattered through the planner and not organized in any way

Easy concise and does what it says on the back cover, (tin)
Easy set our daily weekly plans with an option each week to set goal, plan you meals for the day/week.The writers have given space to write what you found works best that, and what didn't work well. It has 26 new recipe s and motivational quotes to keep you going. Each recipe shows the calorie content, how long the pep is and how long to cook it for. Another great aid for the busy lifestyles we led today.

Great little book to keep you on track!
I love this food planner. I’m following SW and struggled with the food diary sheets so that in the end I lost my motivation because I stopped writing down what I ate. I find this book so much easier to record my food in and am completely back on track now. Also, the recipes are lovely, just as all Pinch Of Nom recipes are. I would definitely recommend this book for all following a diet plan. Writing down what you eat is a really important step in your successful weight loss. This book also allows you to review previous weeks and identify what works for you and what doesn’t. Great book and well worth the very reasonable cost.
