The code does not work, it says item code entered is not out. Dont understand why they would sell something you can't use. Somebody needs to contact me...

First I’ll start with the fact I brought this for my son for a Christmas gift in October, and didn’t open it until Christmas Day. Because I just knew it should have been fine until it was opened and ready to use. But no that was not the case. Not a good product the code does not work. When I contacted the seller they told me I could try to contact Amazon to get a refund . Then Amazon said I couldn’t because of when I purchased it. In my Opinion it shouldn’t matter when the purchase date was off the product doesn’t work then it should be ok with returning if it ships back to the company I damaged then a refund should be issued.. do not buy from this company. I’m out of $35.00

Code doesn’t work.
My son opened this this morning (on Christmas) and was very disappointed because the code to download the game doesnt work. They want me to return it but there’s no game which makes no sense to me. Why not just send me another? This is very very disappointing. I’m only giving one star because I have to.

I am only giving this four stars because it wasn't what we thought but it does work. I had to have my 16 year old figure out how to get this product to work for our 15 year old. Once he got it started we haven't had a problem. It could have been myself when I bought it by not reading the full description. Otherwise my 15 year old is having a blast playing this game.

Doesn't work for US
When I tried to download the game, the digital code wasn't working. When I got in touch with the distributor, I was told that the code was most likely not valid in the US. On the bright side, I was able to get my refund and return it.
