Great Product. It has many great positive benefits. It increases Nitric oxide. Google the benefits of nitric oxide. For me, it increases exercise endurance and circulation in all areas of the body. I take three capsules per day. It took about 5 days to notice a big difference. * This is my personal opinion.

Was out of pycnogenol for a month when I found this stuff on amazon. I took pycnogenol in the past for my CVI side effects. Anyway, this pine bark abstract is from the same species of pine bark as what's used for the official pycnogenol, so I took a chance with it. So far so good. It took a little long for the CVI symptoms to go away, but after a week the morning leg heaviness was mostly gone. I've also notice that my skin looks clearer. Nice side benefit. I'd say this product is a good substitute for light CVI symptons, or you can extend your pycnogenol supplies by taking this and then only taking pycnogenol every 2 or 3 days. Either way, I'm satisfied. Great price too.

I’ve been using the Horbäach Pine Bark Extract for a while. While it offers many potential benefits like improved circulation and antioxidant support, I think you’d need long-term use to see full effects. That said, the product seems solid, and I’ve had no issues with it so far

Ok, this review is based on concomitant use with L Citruline 3,000mg. Based on evidence/studies, I only use half (approx 200mg) along with 3,000mg L citruline first thing in am. My T-Th-Sat resistance workouts are early am. This has helped endurance/stamina which can be hurdle at 4am. But….here’s the kicker - I had no idea how much this would affect my energy/focus/PMA throughout the day (I take every day). I have no idea which supp does this…more or less than the other, but I can honestly say, no supplement(s) I have ever used before has made this big of a difference for me in overall energy/PMA. I am a 58 year old, well trained male. -Before you take entire 400mg dose, I would check out studies and suggested doses of PBE. If you’re not into hassle (really not - just pull apart cap carefully, adjust powd into small end - empty into mouth - put back together and save cap to use again) of taking half, I believe this company offers caps with those mg’s. -My reaction is not typical clinically speaking. You should give at least 2 weeks before you decide on effectiveness. -I take both supps together on empty stomach (I have IBS) and have no issues. Pre workout stack = 200mg PBE, 3,000mg L Citruline, 1/4 teas salt, 1 teas Siberian Ginseng (not extract), lg cup coffee, small amt fruit

Pine bark was recommended to me several years ago by a health nurse who recommended it for my lungs, so I have used it ever since then. I recently ran out and didn’t order it for a couple of weeks and noticed a difference in my ability to breathe. I highly recommend pine bark and the company who makes it. It is effective and I believe is a high quality.

Its a great price for pine bark, but it doesn't have the same effect as the other brand I took (wanted to try switching to another as the other brand is a bit expensive). This one for some reason doesn't feel anywhere near as effective, and even the smell is not as potent as the other - opening the bottle of the other one smelled like a forest, where as this one barely has any noticeable smell at all. Its not an expired bottle or anything so I am thinking maybe this is just a very basic or generic type of pine bark. Not saying this is a bad supplement, as maybe some people prefer subtle doses, in which case maybe you will enjoy this. Otherwise for me, I'll be switching back to the other brand in hopes for better results.

For years, I have taken a multitude of antibiotics, so much so that my specialized urologist said that he had never seen a person take such a high dosage of antibiotics in a single dose in his 20 years of working. I have always had a burning sensation while peeing and doing the deed, so horribly that I could barely be intimate with my partner. I was so fed up that I did some research and bought this product. Edit: I wrote this review in January of 2023, it is now May 22, I have continued to take this every day since I wrote this and my uti is essentially gone. I have chronic UTI, I have tried Everything to prevent them. Nothing has worked. I was thisclose to celibacy. THEN! I was listening to a podcast interviewing a female urologist, and she was talking about the compound in cranberry that actually helps prevent UTIs and that, according to the studies, you have to ingest 36mg in order to reduce your risk. And in that same episode it was mentioned that pine bark contains much higher levels of this substance than cranberry. So I thought, let’s try it out. It has literally changed my life. It might have saved my life. I take one capsule everyday (and one DMannose) and sometimes I double up on days when we get busy a lot. I haven’t had a UTI since. It’s unprecedented for me to go this long without one and absolutely unthinkable with the amount of risky business I have been engaging in over the last few weeks. I am a convert, I’ve told all my friends, I’ve told strangers that I over hear in restaurants. I’m a menace. But I don’t think anyone should have to suffer through like I did. Take it.
