By the name, you would think you are getting information that can be applied. Instead it was a slow moving explanation of Rolfing. The slow deep draw voice of the Englishman nearly put me to sleep.

Nur für Leute geeignet, die wissen möchten was Rolfing ist. Das etwa 30 min lange Video besteht aus allgemeinem bla bla. Nicht geeignet um die Methode zu lernen/Techniken zu wiederholen.

Der Beitrag ist nur in Englischer Sprache, es werdens gut wie gar keine Techniken aufgeführt und der Preis von fast 60,00 Euro ist für diese DVD nicht angemessen, sondern für zu teuer verkauft worden. Im Nachhinein hätte ich das Geld lieber für eine andere DVD ausgegeben. Bin sehr enttäuscht!!!
