Takes 2 people just to put on!
The ice pack included is small and does not last very long, the cuff has so many separate pieces that it's very, very confusing to use. TOO MUCH NON RECYCLABLE PACKAGING!

can't get it to fit the left shoulder
many attempts to get this thing to fit my left shoulder. my wife tried it unsuccessfully several times. the small instruction sheet was of no help at all... wouldn't translate to the left shoulder. I came back to the site and did not see where there was a left-sided wrap. completely useless, unsatisfactory item. almost tore the other shoulder throwing it up against the wall. did I say garbage? garbage.
