Q: Has anyone noticed that this blend has changed and is now too heavy on the pepper? Is this a counterfeit or a recipe change?

I have noticed no change in this seasoning.

Q: I have found this new seasoning is saltier than it used to be, have used it for at least 20 years, has anyone else noticed it? Larger holes?

I agree...much saltier tasting. I have been using it since 1976.

Q: What is the Expiration date?

This salt does not have an actual expiration date but it has what’s called Julian dating on it which actually just shows the date it was produced. You can always google the Julian date on the product and it will show you the day it was produced.

Q: Where can I find morton sausage seasoning - my Dad used it in his meat mkt. to season his pork sausage.

the company disc making this...i did get a " recipe " from morton's s to make it. i do not have avail right now. but email them, they will send it to you. i miss this product also.
