What a good idea

Rubbishy thing.Not any sort of effective nutcracker
Total rubbish. It is extremely diffdicult to use, and when,eventually, it does crack a nut, the debris sprays far and wide around the kitchen!Completely ineffective against brazil nut shells.I'd have returned it had I now chucked it into the bin in frustration and fed the remaining nuts in their shells to the local squirrel population!

Not a strongboy at all
This was to replace a broken supermarket nutcracker and to be honest isn't that much better.Tried to crack a Brazil nut first, but it couldn't cope with it. Next we tried to crack a walnut; we ended up with crushed nut splattered everywhere. It's OK on hazelnuts though, just don't use too much pressure.

QUITE DIFFICULT TO USE UUNLESS YOU HAVE A BIT OF STRENGTH.i WOULD PREFER SOMETHINGTHAT DOES NOT SPRAY THE SHELLS AROUND BUT GENERLLY IT DOES THE JOB,HENCE THREE STARS.

Very weak base
the base is very weak and can break with the application of sufficient force to crack a nut.

troppo piccolo,mal progettato, schiaccia le noci con grande difficoltà.Base troppo stretta e manico troppo corto.Assolutamente inadatto per nocciole e mandorle.

Pas pratique ni adapté
Produit bien trop léger et peu stable.Le bras de levier est beaucoup trop court et demande donc un gros effort pour casser une noix. On ne peut donc pas doser son effort pour éviter d'écraser la noix.Je voulais l'offrir à quelqu'un qui avait du mal avec un casse-noix classique, mais ça restera au fond d'un placard.Le prix est très éxagéré par rapport à la qualité et à la fonctionnalité de ce casse-noix.

ZYLISS Nussknacker
Die Lieferung des ZYLISS Nussknacker erfolgte, wie von AMAZON gewöhnt, zeitnah. Die Verpackung war OK. Die Herstellerangabe, knackt alle Arten von Nüssen bis auf Macadamianüsse, ist allerdings etwas übertrieben. Bei großen Walnüssen, sowie bei unseren eigenen (harten) Haselnüssen, müsste der Hebelarm auf jeden Fall länger sein. Das bedeutet, dass bei harten Nüssen eine nicht zu überwindende Kraftanstrengung nötig ist, die bei einer anderen Hebelwirkung zu überwinden wäre. Das ergibt eine Bewertung von maximal 2 bis 3 Sterne!

Very chic, design but not efficient
The plastic arms does not make it easy to use; need hard support to operate to crack hazels and you cannot use it with one hand.It is very design and chic, very nice on the table.
