This may be the first gluten free baking mix that is the most like regular mix. These biscuits were delicious and I've ordered more.

I've never made gluten free biscuits before now. They were very good. Soft and melt in your mouth.

Works really well! I am not a baker and this was my first time making any kind of scone. I was surprised how good they came out. You really wouldn't have known they were gluten free.The cons are the directions leave a lot to the imagination. I went to their website and they had a bit more there, but ended up needing to watch a video since it was quite confusing. The video cleared it up. The other sad part was that they did not ship the two packages I ordered to arrive the same day. This was for a friend's birthday party and I was only able to make half the scones I have planned and there was no option to cancel the second delivery.

Lately I have been going online to Pamela.com to find recipes. They really are great. If you’ve never used Pamela’s baking flour, try it! It’s got an ancient grains flavor and texture that’s wonderful, yet not heavy when you make things with it. Doesn’t have an overprocessed flavor to it. Nutty without nuts (except for soy flour ingredients. Follow the banana nut bread recipe on the package for THE best GF banana bread (I do add the walnuts to that).

Had these at Thanksgiving and loved them so thought I'd buy some for myself. Won't be able to make them since Amazon shipped the soft bag in another soft bag with other items and this bag burst and there was powder all over everything. I'll just have to keep looking for these in a store versus Amazon because their shipping method sucks! But again, these were a great gluten free biscuit.

We used these for a preteen church camp. Both the kids and adults enjoyed them.

Super easy to make and taste great! I make my biscuits thin and use them to make bacon, egg and cheese breakfast biscuits. Delicious! Don’t forget to wipe a little milk/half and half over the biscuit tops before you bake, makes them nice and golden with a little crisp.

This mix makes the best scones even if you’re not gf.. biscuits are good too.
