works well with arduino digital port.
This is same as DROK 200203. Look here for the pinout. I needed to solder a header and place small board on the breadboard header down. Here is a bit of code:#define control 8 // pin that controls the MOSFET // IRF520 MOSFET Tutorial by Robojax pinMode(control,OUTPUT);// define control pin as outputdigitalWrite(control,HIGH); // turn the MOSFET Switch ON delay(2000);// Wait for 2000 ms or 2 second digitalWrite(control,LOW); // Turn the MOSFET Switch OFF delay(2000);// Wait for 2000 ms or 2 secondGood Luck.

Device details and example application before use
I am an Electrical Engineer and I wanted to know the exact circuit layout before adding this device into one of my projects. I included two pictures in this review to show the actual circuit, and a suggested application for usage with a motor. I believe they are accurate, but please let me know if I made a mistake. I will add to this review once I put these to use and have a chance to see how well they perform.

Good for dynavap induction heaters!
Good device so far. I'm using a 12V 6A power supply and a momentary switch with an LED rated at 12V 5A, and a ZVS power module for an induction heater rated for up to 12V 10A.Recommended!

Controllable via 5v input (Arduino)
These MOSFET Switches are controllable via the output pin of an Arduino. This is exactly what I was looking for, as many other mosfet switches require higher voltages (9+ volts) to switch the output.

Thumbs up
These Do what I ask them to, good pwm response.

Very flexible device
I am using as a relay on/OFF switch and only up to 30Hz - driven direct from Raspberry pi zero,3, & 4

The screw does not work!!!
Why the seller doesn't check to see if the screw is working or not??? I don't even have time to return this.
