Delicious flavor!
I cooked an Ecuadorian dinner for friends, and could not find tomate de arbol to make my own salsa. I found this Mama Tere's hot sauce on Amazon, and it was delicious. I don't like super hot foods, but I would put this in the moderate category. It was super flavorful, and I will buy it again.

Brings me to Cafe Tere
While a little chunkier, this hot sauce is very similar to that of Cafe Tere in Ecuador. Happy to have it in my home.

Exact South American flavor!
Great South American flavor. Has the tree tomato I grew up with with the perfect amount of heat. Just like Alejandros restaurant around the corner from home back in Ecuador. Only bad thing... I like it so much I go through it fast! :)
