Its not smooth as it appears. May be I need to use it properly.

Not blaming the seller at all but the product does not chop in the same way as shown on the video AD for this product. Leaves large chunks and blades don't reach the bottom of the chopper.

Ordered for the first time, the chopper won’t stay still, i.e it will open up on it’s own, it was very loose!Asked for a replacement, again received a defective product! The plastic glass, was broken.. asked for a refund as soon as I receive the product!Thanks to Amazon for smooth refund process!

The product manufacturing is extremely poor.
The product is not robust at all. I couldn't even chop a small piece of onion. The video shows some different product it seems. As mine does work at all. I should never have purchased at the first instance.

Quality of product is very low
Used the product for chopping veggies finely but the product doesn’t not work as shown

A useless product
If you want to make chopping consume more time and more effort then this is right for you. The blades given with the product are really not suitable for chopping as in whatever I put in gets stuck to the blade.
