Birch Benders Griddle Cakes, Pancake Waffle Mix Keto, 10 Ounce

I’ve been craving pancakes for a while and this taste delicious and killed that craving I had for pancakes without hurting my keto journey. Super easy to make and the texture didn’t feel off. I added strawberries and zero sugar syrup on mine. Amazing 🤩

This is my FAVORITE pancake mix. I found it once at a discount store but I cant find this specific one from this brand anywhere else after the discount store ran out. It’s Keto so I just add a scoop of protein powder and some milk to the mix and they taste like the most delicious pancakes ever. No funky aftertaste or anything.

I think the title is explanation enough. While these were not as fluffy as a traditional mix, I found them to have a decent level of fluffiness. They were delicious and the service size and water: mix ratio were easier to calculate for small portions compared to their traditional mix. The one detractor is packaging. After opening for the first time, so much mix was caked into the interior zip locking seal that I could not seal the package. I did not have this problem with their traditional pancake mixes, but I'm not surprised. Lower carb bread items tend to not shake loose from crevices as well as normal bread items.

While the waffles were good I would normally wish them to just add water They were very soft and I like a little crunch. This is usually attained by the inclusion of egg whites. The other problem is the price. Way too expensive for the modest volume

So yummy!!! Best pancakes ever!!! Easy to use- perfect texture - fast healthy breakfast. Wish the bag was bigger because we ate them all at one sitting they were so good.

The texture is actually decent for a Keto pancake, however the taste is somewhat off. Still better than every Keto pancake recipe I found, but really not worth the less than mediocre taste and high price.

I added some dried blueberries and it was sooo delicious! You can't even tell they are Keto pancakes with very little sugar! I love these!!! Yum!!

This is a good keto friendly pancake mix. I mixed it with water, as per directions, and the batter was a bit thick. I put some coconut oil in a pan and fried three pancakes using 1 cup mix and 1/2 cup water. The pancakes came out just like regular pancakes and, with some good keto syrup, tastes just like regular pancakes. They have a good texture and taste.

Absolutely the best pancake mix, the cassava in it really adds a nice taste. Great pancakes especially when cooked in coconut oil they go all crispy, so delicious

SUPER PRICEY & BAG IS TINY. I USED IT TWICE!! GREAT INGREDIENTS HOWEVER. EVERY OTHER KETO PANCAKE MIX USES A TOXIC PSEUDO SWEETNER. STEVIA IS THE ONLY SWEETNER THATS NOT TOXIC.
