Worked good for cramps

I get horrible leg and foot cramps and abdominal muscle spasms from herniated discs and sciatica that leave me begging for Mercy. I have tried all the homeopathic and DIY remedies. None worked. Until I found this at the health food store. This concoction works immediately! The cramps and/or spasms are completely relieved. And they stay away until I twist the wrong way or sit too long again. They have no taste; just melt in your mouth. I get them from Amazon because they always have them in stock unlike health food stores. And Amazon price is comparable to the stores.

I try to live a holistic lifestyle. One of the things I do to ensure that is utilizing homeopathic remedies. I was getting married earlier this year and my stress level was to the roof. My right eye twitched for 2 months straight. I tried everything to stop it. After some research I decided to give these a whirl a long with the twitch eye serum. Within 3 days my twitch was gone. I keep these on hand just in case my levels get elevated again. I can't wait to try additional products.

I have used these for some time now and appreciate how they work. Don't really know why or how. I've struggled with foot and leg cramps for years especially at night and was told about these. Usually take two and that does the trick. Last week following a daily hike of 4 - 6 miles in the mountains, I had to up the dosage but they relieved the cramping.

While this doesn't work 100% of the time, it works much better than any other over-the-counter med I've tried for muscle cramps. I get a lot of cramps as a side effect of some prescription meds I have to take, with them mostly affecting my feet/calves and my hands. I take a few of these pills at the onset of a cramp, and most of the time, it resolves the cramp far quicker than doing nothing, or using warm compresses.They are easy to take -- just dissolve them in your mouth. The pills are tiny little pellets which is the biggest problem -- they are hard to dispense even though the tube has holes to aid in dispensing just a few at a time.I'm on my second tube and will be keeping a supply of these on hand at all times. It's not a perfect solution, but it's the best I've come across by far.

I used to get severe muscle cramps in my ribs and my calves. If I feel a cramp coming on, I take five of the Boiron Cuprum Metallicum 30c and it stops the cramp from happening. This is the best solution I've found for the leg cramps I would get while sleeping.

I use this as part of my protocol given by a homeopathic practitioner. It was tricky at first but then I realized you keep the cap on and just twist over the cap and pellets will drop one by one. I do have to say be careful when opening, I do lose some pellets sometimes when opening
