Compatible with safelink/tracfone? how many mp the camera? access internet? removable back cover and battery?

Yes, Tello might work. But you have to activate the Tello SIM in a 4g LTE phone, leave it in there, make and receive some calls, and then (and only then) migrate it into the Blu Quad band. That worked for me, hopefully it works for you!
