Works & Super Cute
We love these super cute claw caps! They're cute, long-lasting (2-3 weeks), and allow our kitty to scratch naturally while protecting our home. A great alternative to declawing, and we highly recommend them!

Highly recommend! These Claw Caps are great!
These things are GREAT! They keep my cat from shredding my hands and legs as well as the furniture! They last for about 6 weeks, and they don't hurt my cat.

Very useful
These nails are prefect for my cat! I can play with my cat without having to be worried about being scratched and get cuts from her. And these prevent her from attacking my feet and not doing any damage during the night too lol. And my cat doesn’t have to ruin anymore furniture around my house. They’re quite hard to put on, but I guess that just depends on the cats. My cat didn’t let me put them on without having to call for backup! But they are easy to apply, it just slips onto the nail and you just have to be patient once it dries.

Exactly what I wanted!
The media could not be loaded. This product is exactly what I wanted! The small size was perfect for my 9 & 12 lb girls who are on the smaller size as far as cats go. I personally didn’t feel the need to put one on their dew claws and am looking forward to giving them rainbow nails with all the leftovers. They’ve held on for 2.5 weeks so far. My orange cat doesn’t care for them and often tries to bite them off so she has lost 2-3 in that time frame, but they did last her a week. My tortoiseshell cat doesn’t mind them at all and while she is typically fussy when being handled, she let me put these on her with no problems. They still use their scratching posts and while they still attempt to scratch on furniture I’m less worried about them destroying our couch.I did attempt to save the glue that I used but it got so messy that I ended up tossing it so I like that there is a new glue provided for every application.

They work but hard to get off. Just get a tree around the clawing areas
I’m not sure if it’s because I put too much glue (I used what it came with), but these suckers would not come off. I let them stay on for a while because I was told they’d come off by themselves but they didn’t. I tried to get them off and that also didn’t work. I had to straight up cut them off because my cats nails were getting too long and it was about to start irritating her toes. They help with her clawing on stuff but after we got her a tree to put in the living room (we already had one in my bedroom) she stopped clawing the living room furniture. So, good product if you can get them off but if anyone else is struggling with clawing, go on Facebook marketplace and find a tree there and that’ll probably help.

Pleasantly Surprised!
Okay let’s admit I was as skeptical as the next person about getting these nail caps but I was at wits end. I had purchased a new rug and my cats thought it was a huge new scratching pad for them. Every time I found carpet fibers pulled loose in spots my patience was growing shorter. I put out scratching posts. I bought couch covers and the corner sticker deterrents. I even tried the citrus juice spray tricks. Nothing worked. As I was sitting debating putting these on their claws the youngest decided he was going to have a go at my rug yet again. I thought I would need help but was surprisingly able to do it all by myself. I would get yourself a towel, paper towels, small pair of scissors, and some finger nails clippers. Once you open the package and decide on your color do a quick slip on test to check the fit for the size of your cats claw. Set out all 10 nail covers for the front paws only on the paper towel. Wrap the cat in the towel to protect yourself unless you have a little angel. Use the nail clippers to slightly trim the end of the cats nails. Don’t worry about taking much length off the nail. Cut the end off the glue adhesive as per the directions provided. You insert the tip of the adhesive into each nail cover as you go. I would do a light squeeze of the adhesive into the nail cover and then pinch each cover to make sure the insides were coated. If you press from the pad on the bottom of the cats paw and lightly on top of each knuckle their nail will fully extend nicely. Then it’s as simple as sliding the cap on and holding it for a minute. The adhesive dries quickly just don’t get it on your fingers or fur. I held my cats for a minute or two after applying to make sure everything stayed well. I will say my cats weren’t sure what to think of the caps at first and fixated on them a bit. I distracted them with some wet food and they were right as rain. The covers are a good thickness and durability. If you have hard wood floors you will hear them click as they walk. They hold up well to them clawing at a scratching post as well. Best of all my couch and rug have been safe so far. Only thing I would note is that if you have a very young kitten 8-9 weeks old, even the extra smalls are too big. Overall I am very happy with my purchase though!
