Stainless Steel npt 1/2 Weldless Bulkhead Fitting for Beer Wine brewing kettle

This was suggested to me for my new pot, I'm glad I got them 2 yrs. ago, but finding the food grade silicone washers this size is difficult. Please if you the manufacture are reading this tell me where I can get these food grade washers.

I can't speak on the seals etc not leaking whereas I've not used it yet. I purchased this to upgrade to a larger thermometer in a steam pot. It came with a nut , 2 washers, & 2 gaskets. Exactly what I needed. It showed up a day early. What can I say? So far so good.

The product is great. I've had it installed now in a hot (120deg F) DI-water tank with no signs of corrosion. The only problem i had was during installation when they kept leaking. Initially thought the gaskets were not sealing, but it turned out to be leaking (dripping) though the lock nut threads. A little Teflon paste took care of that.

This item showed up quickly as expected. It seems to be of an acceptable quality. I've installed it in my kettle and leaked tested it in hot and cold situations. I have no complaints as it did exactly what they all do. Grade A widget.

Did everything I needed it for. Easy installation, and I now have a 15.5 gallon boiler pot that I can drain directly from the burner.

I found this useful for mash returns. I had 3 applications. One low on the kettle leaked and the two I used as returns did not. 4 stars because as a weldless fitting it is pretty good but occasionally it is going to leak.
