Excellent addition to my DEWALT collection. Drilling holes in masonry is remarkably easy as the drill does much of the work. Would recommend for any diy enthusiast. Light to hold and easy to use at any height.

I already have a collection of DeWalt cordless tools and as an SDS drill isn't something I use often I didn't want to spend a fortune on one. When this one came up on offer (£120) it seemed too good to miss. Very glad I purchased it as within a couple of weeks I needed to drill a number of holes into a concrete base. The drill has plenty of power and is lightweight for it's type. I used it with a 4Ah battery I already had and it didn't skip a beat. No sure how it would stand up to daily use but perfect for a DIYer.

Brilliant piece of kit , made light work of knocking old rendering off front of house . Also used to drill holes through concrete slabs which it did with ease. Substantial piece of kit

Never used an SDS but all my drills are Dewalt .I needed to drill cable through an old wall and the bricks are really tough and have ruined many a drill bit in the past . This just made those holes like hot knife on butter and as some hole were upstairs Outside on a ladder this being wire free made life so much easier . With an 18 volt battery it’s brilliant . Different function have allowed me to use it on brickwork as an ordinary drill with or without hammer action Personal opinion this is the best value on the market right now at this price point but don’t let the price put you off this packs a punch

This drill is amazing,light rifle style(My opinion the best version) and will do all the work for you.If I could find a wall to drill I would drill all day or at least until the battery runs out. That being said I am a little uneasy as to the authenticity of this product in the sense that is it real or a very good copy.The drill is a brighter shade of yellow compared to the rest of my dewalt collection with the appearance if looking a cheap remake...BUT its not and very sturdy. The TStak box was all out of shape and although does fit onto the other Tstak products,the connectors are different and it looks so different. To top that the Dewalt stickers are not straight on the Tstak.. Maybe im lookoing too much in to this and it is in fact a genuine Dewalt product so I quickly registered for my 3 year warranty. Would I recommend it ..................Yes definately comes second to my dewalt multitool in m y favourite tools.

Perfect for my collection of man tools. Always good to have a collection of quality tools even if you don’t have much use for them. I have actually used the drill and it’s a great tool to own and use.

Excellent Quality

Ich bin vor kurzem umgezogen. Mit meiner alten Bohrmaschine war jede Bohrung Schwerstarbeit, kein Spaß. Nun hab ich schon mehrere Sachen von DeWalt und bin sehr zufrieden, also lag die Entscheidung nahe auch hier zu DeWalt zu greifen. Ich war erst skeptisch – ne große Bohrmaschine mit Akku. Aber gut, da alle meine Werkzeuge von DeWalt Akkus haben und sehr leistungsstark sind, wollte ich das ausprobieren. Insbesondere nicht mehr diese blöde Kabel und Steckdosensuche waren verlockend. Was soll ich sagen, dieses Ding ist der totale Wahnsinn. Bohren macht zum ersten Mal richtig Spaß mit dem Teil. Die geht durch Steinwände wie durch Butter, ich bin im nu mit der Bohrung fertig, wo ich vorher gefühlt Minuten gebraucht habe. Das Ding frisst sich durch die Wände wie nichts und ist dabei so leise dass ich sogar meine Ohrenstöpsel weglassen kann. Wirklich hammer Teil, DeWalt macht Spitzenwerkzeug und hat mich mal wieder total überzeugt.
