Made Holiday Baking Easier
I typically make Candy Cane Cookies at the holidays. The crushed peppermint was always the toughest part. Some recipes actually tell you to crush Starlight Mints and I don't know if you've ever tried it, but it's near impossible. For years, I would crush the small candy canes with a "chopper", but that really dulls the blades. When I saw this on Amazon, I decided to give it a try. These peppermint candy pieces had a pure peppermint taste and it was very fresh. I used my Ninja Chopper to get them from the small coarse pieces to the fine grain - almost like sugar - that I prefer and it took no time and caused no mess at all. I highly recommend getting this for any kind of baking or decorating that needs peppermint candy pieces.

So used to seeing the crushed red and white peppermint candy pieces so was happy to find some that also included the green peppermint pieces. Works great as topping on frosted cookies. Good sized bag means I will have enough for more than just one year of Christmas cookies. Will store properly and have enough for next year as well!

Big hit of mint!
Did a taste test as soon as they arrived. Nice and fresh, and a big hit of mint!!! Huge bag, too, more than enough for all my bark and chocolate mint goodies. Love the colors too, much more festive than regular mint pieces.
