Fast delivery, safe well made, easy setup. Put code in, top pops open, fast access, plenty of room to store hand gun and extra ammo. Comes with two keys. Perfect for car or home. Thanks.

Great product.
So far it's great. The lid closes tight so it would be tough to get prying tool in there to pop it open. I really like the key pad. The lock mechanism is studier than some of the competitors. The back up key is barrel type which is my preference.

Terrible security code program instructions!
A quality gun vault, but the programing instructions leave much to be desired. The instructions cited in the owners manual do not match those that are found in the unit.It was so bad, that I had to send the first unit back to Hornady.Trial and error on setting my new personal code with my wife finally prevailed.Hornady needs to pay much more attention to their personal setting instructions...maybe from the mailroom guy and not one of their engineers!

Spend more to avoid low quality that doesn’t function as it should, unfortunately.
Bummed out. After researching many options, I thought I had found a good product worthy of the task, and at a good value. When I received and installed the batteries, I noticed the battery compartment door was not very secure. Also, the foam padding inside was ripped and glued to the lid in such a way that it blocked the interior light from illuminating the inside when opened. Lastly, after following the instructions on programming the code, it would not set properly.Extremely disappointed - I’ve always found Hornady to make higher quality items than this. Guess I’ll be spending a bit more for the Vaultek after all.

Works great, easy to program! Can be used for firearm or valuables. Interior light isn’t very bright, but nice feature

Save your money
Junk, junk, junk. I tried to enter a program password. Directions are crap. Tried over 30 time with no success. Should have known I was in trouble when instructions said use 4 AAA batteries and it took 4 AA batteries. Accidentally locked keys in the box and now the default 1234 doesn’t work. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Safe Doesn’t Work As Shown In Directions
First of all the safe arrived with dust all over it like it’s been sitting in the warehouse for decades. When you try to program the keypad, it simply does not work as shown in the directions. Got frustrated and just returned it.
