It should've said what the size of waist was. I needed two to three inches addition to what I've received. Or make one for small adult, similar to this but longer and a little bit stiffer to help support back.

Great for hiding feeding tube
We use this wrap so my daughter can’t pull out her feeding tube. We’ve used a bunch of stuff in the past. But this one is amazing ! It doesn’t go too tight, it doesn’t fall down. She’s been able to pull down wraps in the past, but not this one. It’s great!
