horrible service and product last less than 45 m. in RUDE n no refund
This thing is not what they said it is. .customer service is horrible !!! they have attitude and very arrogant once you pay you lose !you stuck with the bad horrible product. U bought Maybelline and works better and fast at any grocery store and great product it last all day:) this cailyn product is a waste of money and time stayed on less than 45 min smudge with a tint touch and disappear with by just blinking. Took 9 days to receivedvery bad service very rude people!!

Dried out too quickly. :(
I love this eyeliner & have worn for a few years. Unfortunately, it dried out/got hard rather quickly & started flaking upon application so quit using & switched to another 24 hour brand I could purchase locally.

Like it a lot
I like this a lot, but it isn't really much different then other gel eyeliner's. It's supposed to stay on and not run, HAH! As long as you only wear it on the top lid you're fine. I don't put on any lotions, because that will make it run, but it still does. The brush gets bent (I clean after every use as directed) which makes it a bit harder to apply, but not impossible.

OMG. I WEAR THIS EVERYDAY AND LOVE IT. GOT IT AS A SAMPLE GIFT AND TOSS OUT ALL THE OTHER LINERS I HAD. LOL. STAYS PUT ALL DAY LONG. I EVEN HAD ON AT THE BEACH AND IT DIDN'T MOVE. COME RIGHT OFF WITH SOAP AND WATER OR WITH LIGHT MAKE-UP REMOVER.

This Cailynn gel eyeliner really needs the "liquid solution" that usually comes with it.
I have used this product for several years. Could not get it from Cailynn this time. Found it on Amazon. Every time I ordered the Gel Eyeliner from Cailynn it came with "liquid solution". The "liquid solution" is necessary when you first start to use this product so it becomes flexible and gel like rather than the "wax" texture it is like when it is first opened. Currently it will not slide on. Also, the "liquid solution" is needed when the product starts to dry out. Without the liquid solution it has no water resistance because you can not apply it. There is no longevity without it.

I recieved my order two days ahead of schedule. Super happy about that. Even if I never get the cat eye look perfected, which is what I bought it for, I still love it. It is a fabulous liner.
