Yes they are open ended. But the picture is not what you get. It's false advertising. You only get one, the 3" dryer. Not worth the price.

Rim edge to rim edge is 3.5 inches. Inside diameter is 3 inches. Length is 3.25 inches.

What is the height of this product?
