Foam Soccer Balls Cat Toys - Pack of 12

My cat and I knock these back and forth to each other In the hallway. I had another cat who retrieved them. Fun exercise for my cats. I don’t let them get too tired though. I put these in a mesh laundry bag periodically and add it to a load of laundry to wash them.

When I first bought these, I was very disappointed because my cats didn't seem to want to play with them. After a while, however, I found that they were suddenly getting into them. One of my cats naturally plays fetch (not sure why, since I never tried to teach her, but hey, gift horses), and she LOVES doing so with these little bouncy balls and batting/chasing them all over. They are very durable. Though the older ones have some little nips in them, they are still perfectly functional and none have fallen apart. Having bought multiple packages of these since, I've realized the initial problem with the toys. Cats have a strong sense of smell and the initial plasticky, chemical scent (which is strong enough that even I dislike it) puts cats off. Over time, the toys off-gas or something and the smell goes away and then they're fine. I haven't tried any methods for speeding this process up; I have enough old toys that I leave the new ones to just sit in the toy bin and by the time I pull a new one out because an old one was mysteriously lost, the smell has already dissipated. I wish I could give 4 1/2 stars for the gas smell. However, since that is an issue that goes away and since the toys are very good products for the money in all other ways, I am giving 5 stars.

Keep reordering because my cat loves these. She’s now 14 and she’s been playing with these her whole life. Out of all her toys, these are her babies that she carries around and plays with. I buy a new pack about every two to three years. They’re soft, they’re bouncy and perfect light to carry. However once they start getting torn up, I throw them away so she’s not eating the bits that fall off.

Ferret loves them and will immediately put them in his treasure hoard.

Fantastic! These are just a bit larger than other foam balls I've purchased and the size has been fun for our cat and two kittens. They like the size and they're easy for their humans to handle. The balls are are cute - great colors - and they arrived clean, in perfect condition, nicely packed in two packs of a dozen each. They're being played with daily which helps the kittens adjust to their new home and new buddy. Absolutely perfect!

These are incredible toys for cats. I’ve bought them probably ten times over the years. I toon ine star off because there appears to have been a change in the manufacturing process. The balls are now less foamy and more rubbery. This gives them more density- which means you can’t play as aggressively. The old balls were safer. Still a greet product, but thus change was not a good one for cats

***update - my cat loves them so much I have to hide them at night or she meows for me to throw them for her to fetch them. I’ve never seen a cat love something so much! *** I got these as a gift from my sister who has cats, for my new kittens Abby and Martini. Both liked them to play with but my cat Martini she LOVES THEM!!! They are her favorite toy. If you throw them she chases it and brings it back in her mouth. It's the cutest thing ever. I will say they do get chewed up pretty fast but with a pack of them there are more than enough to get chewed up or more likely lost under the TV Stand or couch. They are very squishy. The only down side is yes these soccer balls have gotten into their water bowl and when wet you have to squeeze them out and let it air dry a little. But these are great and you get so many for a good price!

I got these foam soccer balls for a kitten in our adoption room, he never stops moving and he loves to play “fetch”. These balls are perfect because they bounce super high and he can carry them around. Highly recommend if you have kittens.

I purchased these 3 years ago and I'm back to buy more since I lost them all but 1. My cat's love them so much. From memory yes there is a smell but that's expected for foam. The smell went away after a month.

my 21-week-old kitten loves playing with these balls, they are mighty for a teething kitten (allow under supervision).

They do have a bit of a smell but my cat was not bothered by it. Absolutely loves them, going to be playing fetch for days
