Neat pair with a USB charger each. Came charged ready to go. I switched both on, turned/pushed the volume setting of each to 1, put them my ears and got excellent reception in both ears straight away. My hearing is moderate in one ear, severe in the other. My only criticism is that they came with 2 x 2pin plugs so I 8had to wait until I had purchased 2 adaptors @ £4 each so that I can charge them both together. This should be mentioned in the advertisement as 2pin plugs are now rarely used for direct charging in the UK although they are used in Europe and elsewhere.I would also like to thank Amazon for making it easy to try several kinds of hearing aids/amplifiers on at home before buying. I bought several types at different prices and had a trying-on session, helped by my daughter. This cheaper £50+ pair by MEDCA are as good as some at £150+ but may not lasr as long. I also made sure to clean them well before and after putting them on/in my ears!

This is my second purchase of these hearing amplifiers, the first one was for the single unit and it worked so well that I decided to purchase the twin pack. They make a huge difference to my elderly mother's hearing and are used daily, being rechargeable makes them extremely useful, they can be put on at night and have there own base unit chargers. Which plug into standard usb sockets to which I have a four way plug with two usb sockets, which perfectly matches the charges, making it quick and easy to charge them at night. As they take 5-6 hours to fully charge, and last approximately 2 days, being used for 14 hours each day. The reason these were purchased was to initially supplement the NHS, hearing aids that my mother uses, now they have totally surpassed them. As the NHS ones require many batteries, which or though free are extremely difficult to get hold of from any shops, e.g. Specsavers etc.Financially it is much cheaper to purchase these hearing amplifiers than to order and purchase the batteries for the free hearing aids, and from what my mother informs me, the RockDealer units are superior in any case with there ability to adjust the volume on the side of the units, and are more attractive to look at when in use.On the second order one of the base charging units, was found to be faulty and would not charge the hearing aid, so I made contact with the company via the message centre. To which they were extremely polite and courteous through all correspondence, the end result being they sent a replacement package, including all the items a brand new order, which is fantastic service and something, I am extremely happy about. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again and whole heartedly recommend the product and the company RockDealer.

They do work you can hear but the noise if there is something other than voices is so so loud ypu have to take them out i was disappointed as I can't afford any more than this to get anymore that are a bit more noise cancelling as soon as I am able to I will

I purchased these for my mum who has been struggling with her hearing the past while. I spent a bit of time looking at reviews. She didn’t want to spend too much money if she wasn’t comfortable wearing them. I ordered them Monday, they arrived Wednesday. I made sure they were fully charged and then she was able to try them out on Thursday (yesterday). Anyway, she has had to turn the volume down on her TV from 24 to 14 and she is only needing to wear 1. It is obviously very early days, we don’t know how long they will last, the battery life etc, but just from this short time we both think they are very impressive!! Also look really nice, modern, small and the range of ear bud sizes is great. I’ve been told I need to watch what I say about her now as she can hear everything hahaha.

Good function but unfortunately the quality is very poor. Both earpieces fell apart and the plastic covering of the wire broke both are out of order.
