The shipment was supposed to come in 3-5 business days. It took 8 days. I did not receive them in time for the baby shower. There were several balloons with holes in them that I was unable to use. The ribbon included was crumpled up in a dirty ziplock bag and looked liked it had been used before. This was a very disappointing experience.

I bought this item because of the Rubber duck balloon. I was a perfect mix for the rubber duck themed baby shower I was having for My sister. I was very unhappy with the fact that the duck balloon would not float upright. It keep tipping over upside down. We even tried to tape it up to the wall, and surround it was a whole bunch of balloons. In the end it wound up in the baby buggy, off to the side. Not the main element of the center piece I bought it for.
