Since being in a car accident a year and a half ago, I've bought several gadgets to try and relieve aches and pains in my neck and back. I bought theracane, big foam roller, small foam roller with teeth, yoga block, lacrosse ball and a theragun, in addition to chiropractor visits and regular massages. Obviously the chiropractor and massages give great relief but they're expensive and not something I can do all the time. I used to be a trained professional dancer and I'm still quite active including pilates and yoga stretching classes. Of all the tools I've purchased, this kit has given me the most relief. Being a former dancer, I have above average flexibility/mobility so it can be difficult to get a deep stretch in the areas that bother me most. I've been having lots of issues in my QLs and other than massages it's difficult to get relief in those areas. The helix roller feels great on my QLs as well as the double ball roller and smaller rollers. The different size rollers each have a different effects on the same area due to their different sizes. The double ball roller is the size of lacrosse balls and the other rollers are smaller. The larger rollers give an overall area massage while the smaller ones give more of a concentrated area massage like fingers. The smaller rollers are also great for the small muscle and tendons that connect at the base of my skull. They also fell great on the face, you don't realize how much tension is held in your face until you use these! The double ball roller on the block give great traction and release to my neck/skull like I experience at the end of my massages. The double helix feels great to roll my back on, the double ball roller is a little too intense for me to roll my back on but maybe I can work my way up to it one day. I always need to pop my thoracic spine but its difficult to do on my own. Laying in the helix roller helps with that. I debated buying this set because of the price and the fact that I've already spent so much on other equipment but now I wish I bought this sooner and in place of a few of the other things I bought. The app gives you tons of ways to treat all the areas of your body and adds tons of value. I definitely recommend downloading it if you buy any of these tools. It may even be helpful to download it first and see what tools are needed for your problem areas to help determine what you should invest in. I'm very pleased and looking at buying a few of the other pieces of equipment from Rad Roller.

These things are great. I’ve been using lacrosse balls and a peanut for years, but was missing these smaller sizes to get into small areas. Great for the hands, feet, and head. I will say, I wish the branding wasn’t raised and instead just stamped into the ball, in a flush manner. Not enough to subtract a star though.

I really like these massage balls. It really helps to relieve joints pain, and knots through my body.

The product arrived timely and was advertised correctly. Although I’ve attached a picture of the state they were in out of the box. The box it came in didn’t have a plastic wrap or seal and the yoga balls had some dust or debris on them. Considering this isn’t edible I wasn’t it and used it. But it looked used. I’m not sure if this is how all of them arrive or if this is a one off.

I love the fact there are three different sizes and they don’t have the strong chemical smell ! I def recommend it for ppl with TMJ or sore muscles - they are so compact so very easy to take on the go !

A ball for of every size! They work great. I wasn’t looking for the tiny black on but have been surprised on how often I reach for it to work on my hands, feet, check bones and chest.

Comprehensive way to release fascia. I bought 2 sets, because I wanted to work my SI joints at the same time. I will be purchasing the block, as it acts as stable support for the rad rounds to release areas like the jaw, which are trickier to release. 💯reccomend this product, it's given me immense relief.

I work as a hair dresser and a youtuber so im either standing most of the day or sitting. These balls are MAGICAL! When i come home from the salon my feet are super sore, my hand/wrist muscles hurt and i have back pain. I bust out the balls and use the biggest on my back, i lay with my back on it, use the medium/blue on my feet, and the tiny black one fits perfectly in between my fingers and little muscles on my hands. I also love the smallest black one for my neck and shoulder pain after being on the computer all day. Seriously it makes such a difference, i tried some yoga poses (im no pro) and just stretching before i found these balls and those exercises never gave me as much relief as these tools. It also comes with an explaination/info sheet about these tools and some positions and ways the balls can be used on your body, super helpful! The only complaint i have is that after i use these, there is no bag or anything to keep them in so they dont get lost. I keep putting back in the box for now which is a little inconvenient, they have little holes in this plastic thing that have to be set in a certain way or else the balls will fall right out of the hole in the front of the box. Ill be on the look out for a nice bag or box (that doesnt have a hole) to keep them organized in, i love them and dont want them to get lost!

Roller rod is strong and well made. Can apply a lot of pressure with it. Rest is good quality.

I bought these to help with Plantar Fasciitis symptoms. These came after I had already began doing stretches. I wasn't sure the balls would add anything extra. I still used them though and happily I was wrong. I use them on my feet and they have been great. I was massaging my feet before the balls arrived and Rads Round balls have done such a great job, they reach depths my fingers cannot reach. Thanks for this product, my feet are getting better and these items are playing their part with my rehabilitation.

Expensive but worth the journey to fascia, muscle recovery. Clear direction of each products required use but I’m sure you could get adventurous. Just be mindful. Open your body up to a new possibility of being more limber, just endure through the process if you can hack it.
