Works As Good or Better than more expensive units
We have 2 signal boosters in a remote area, 1 in the house and 1 in the barn. The one in the house was a more expensive well known brand, the one in the barn is this unit. This unit seems to preform better that the more expensive one. The only issue I had was, no instructions that tell you what the readings indicate on the display. What display reading should be achieved for full reception??? It was a guessing game for a couple of days to find what worked best. The indoor antenna is very sensitive and it not only needs to be at the perfect location, it also needs to be pointed in the right direction, Up or Down. Our signal went from "no service" to "4 Bar LTE" after installation.

Works great
Got this for my metal garage because phone could not get signal in it. Now have 4 bars all the time.

Works very well!
Very much a plug and play. Plenty of coax to go between the antenna and amplifier and nice exterior antenna with nice mounting hardwares. Tried one of the less expensive amplifier and even following all the quirky antenna placement rules I was never able to get a reliable signal. This one keeps a constant and solid four bar 4g connection. I could do without the fake gain meter gauges but it does look nice in the ads I guess.

Most importantly download signal app
Very easy to set up. However best to use a cell tower/signal meter to aim antenna. This way as you point antenna you and watch the signal strength. I used network cell info lite (free app)The bars on your phone are not really a good indicator.Improved my signal from 111 db to -87 the lower the number the better.Indoor antenna could be a higher gain. Maybe a 12 DB gain flat panel antenna instead. You do need to be close to the indoor antenna. For the cost I gave it 3 stars if the indoor antenna was better I would have rated higher.

The customer review star rating is skewed. Half the reviews are for another product.
The customer review star rating is skewed. Half the reviews here are for a phone case, not a cell phone booster signal.

Worked like a charm!
This booster works great. My 4G LTE speed went from 2.07 mbps to 15.7 mbps. Ever since Hurricane Maria my cell signal has been unstable, one day it’s fine (above 20 mbps) other days it’s almost dead. When it’s slow or close to dead I turn on the device and everything runs smooth again. Make sure your frequency is the same as the booster! Installation was easy for me since I used an existing cable from a now dead TV antenna.

Barely worked
I'm on T-mobile receiving 3-bar signals on bands 2 and 4 near the window, and wanted to extend this throughout the house. I only got this to work if I had my cellphone within 2 feet of the internal antenna - in that situation, it works perfectly, otherwise not at all. This tells me the problem isn't with the outside antenna, but the gain of booster itself or the inside antenna. I'm a technical guy, so I thought I'd be able to make it work- I even tried another 3rd party internal antenna, but this only increased the working range to about 3 feet. Technical support was not very helpful, they only clarified how some of the instruction manual was incorrect, but offered no suggestions to make it work. They suggested I return it, which is what I am doing. I'm going to buy a T-mobile-branded one instead for far less money.
