What is the caplet itself made of - gelatin? Can't see below the "contains soy..."

No, the sleep cool Estroven is caplets...blue pills. The "other ingredients" are: microcrystalline cellulose , stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, silicon dioxide, talc, titanium dioxide (color), magnesium stearate, medium chain triglycerides (safflower oil), inulin, vegetable juice (color)

I received these last week and have only used them for two night because they have really been messig with my sleep. Has anyone else experienced this?

I went into sudden ovarian failure at 32 and started on the Estroven then, that was 20 yrs agoand there was only one or two kinds. I didn’t have any problems, in fact it helped me. Over the years I was placed on HRT (various types and dosages) for a few years and then had to stop, “because of the negative publicity”! But I suffered and should have taken this as well, anyway! I’ve had nothing in past year and suddenly night sweats. I started on this newer one for mood and night sweets, I also take other meds throughout the day and at night. I have taken one tablet every night for 3.5 weeks, and this past 2 wks I have be awakened every night ever hour, sleep is horrible, getting only 3-4 hrs straight a night, leaving me exhausted each day! I wasn’t sure if I should take it at night anymore or maybe try to take it in the afternoon, now that my blood level is steady with the natural ingredients? I wonder if it will still helps with nightsweats and leave my sleep alone (it was fine before!)? It actually has made me more anxious and feeling uneasy all night and morning.
