Is the small back blade supposed to spin?

The black one on the top of the tail spins, but only when you are moving backwards or forwards; the red and white one on the side of the tail is for decoration only.

Unlike the S 107 and 107g thus helicopter has the 2.4 mode and the light does not bother it soo much better it will fly out side if there is no wind the other ones will not the light bothers them this tech is so much better syma use to make the s36 with the 2.4 technology and they were a fun heli
