Sorel Explorer Carnival Waterproof, Women's Winter Boots

Ok, so Sorel boots are smaller than usual so definitely recommend a size up from normal boots. I bought these for a trip to Germany and Poland in January and I am so glad I did! These are super comfy, feel like trainers and are extremely light to wear. Although not overtly cold, these boots kept my feet cosy and warm and also dry when it rained. I wanted something I could wear with jeans, leggings and skirts and these were perfect. I wore them with tights and dresses and they looked fab, stylish and comfortable......best boots I have bought and I intend to buy more in different colours. Bye bye Ugg and hello Sorel!

Ordered these boots as they were reduced. Many people say order a size up. YES DO. I am size 4, ordered 5 and they fit snug. With thick socks they would be too tight. Was a bit disappointed as I thought the top was more “furry’ and it is more like a teddy bear fleece so looks somewhat cheap, but I think it will be comfortable. Have not worn them out yet but they are lovely and light and I think they will be a favourite of mine. Incidentally, saw my Tutor at the Gym wearing some last week so they must be comfy. Wore this brand when I hired boots in the Arctic Circle and they were excellent so wanted to get myself a pair for home based on my experience with the brand. So far I’m happy with what I see. Delivery was much quicker than stated (as somebody else also said). They arrived quickly.

The sizes are very small i would recommend going a whole size bigger, they are narrow at the end and not comfortable for toes, and slipped and rubbed my heel too but maybe that was down to being too small, however they are very well made, good quality boots, light and very warm and stylish so if you can find the right size that doesn’t pinch the toes or slip on the heel they would be great!

Great boots but no ankle support .!They are almost actually what I wanted. Really comfy, good grip, waterproof, easy to tie, warm but no ankle support.! Think my trainers have better ankle support.! Still really like them but slightly disappointed.Would give them a solid 8/10

I've got another pair of sorel boots, different style, they are fantastic, its like walking on foam, they came up small for the size but this style didn't, I'd say to order your normal size, they feel just the same, really, extra comfortable. I cannot recommend them highly enough if its comfort you're looking for. They are waterproof too! Look great with leggings or jeggins. The price is exceptionally good, these are £60 at the moment and normally they sell for £120, which is why I tried them. They are fantastic for dog walking. Excellent if you have a wide foot too.

I am very unhappy with these boots. They fit well for my narrow feet, and are warm, but there are several design flaws that could easily be fixed and which make these boots only suitable for wear in a city with no rain or snow. First of all, although the boots are waterproof, they are extremely short, and with wear the fur trim will stand off, so that snow/rain can easily sip in. This only increases because the laces cannot be tied up fully to the top of the boot or around the boot. Secondly, the material easily loses colour (they look more like grey after wearing them for a month). Thirdly, the sole has absolutely no grip and easily slips. This makes these boots very disappointing, especially for the price.

Ordered these boots in preparation for winter - I was mainly after warmth and comfort which these definitely deliver. I had read the reviews saying sizing is awkward and they come up small, and ordered a size 7 as I am usually a 6.5-7 and they fit like a glove with normal socks on. Also as somebody else said, you can remove the insole to make them bigger so I would do this if I was wearing thick socks, but to be honest the boots are so warm I don’t think I would need to do this. The insole itself is so comfortable - I have flat feet and these are just slightly moulded so my feet feel supported in a comfortable position. Overall so so happy with these - would definitely recommend!

I needed boots the would stay dry in snow and rain but they needed to be warm, lightweight and comfortable too. I looked at many options but I'm so glad I went for these. They are brilliant. A week in Poland in snowy December, these boots kept me warm and dry and comfy while we walked round Krakow city. I can see them being my go to boots for many winters to come.

Bought these @ Christmas for my college age daughter. She wears them daily and reports they are "The Bomb"!Sturdy, comfortable, and very warm, while also being somewhat more fashionsble than other winter boots made with rubber.

I’ve only worn these in ~30 degree temps in MI, but they’ve kept my feet toasty! I love these as a stylish grab n’ go option (no laces requires, I can slip on and off). I’m normally a size 9-9.5 and I ordered a 10 in these. I had plenty of space length-wise out of the box, but in terms of width they were a bit tight. However, after a week of wear they’ve stretched to accommodate my width!All that said, now the 10s are the slightest bit floppy for me, so consider the fact that they’ll stretch when you buy these.Lastly, I was concerned about ordering Sorel from Amazon, but these are quality/authentic.
