{Updating this review years later. Almost 2020. I never update unless I get mad about it later on. Still using it. Got down to and am maintaining my goal weight (114-117lbs 5’3 started at about 170lbs before Garcinia). See 3rd photo. This was all with minimal exercise or just daily activity. NOTHING extensive at all. It’s all about the diet and portion control. If I’m really busy or I run out and go a week or two without these I can tell. I get hungry faster. I get full slower. And I always want a snack. This really helps me maintain my weight and my appetite. I don’t need to “graze” all day or think about my next meal. My portions are much smaller just because that’s all I need now to feel full and I only have seconds if it’s something really good, not because I’m still hungry. 100% recommend. You must try it for 1.5 months before you say it doesn’t work. It needs a little time to get properly into your system. I take these pills twice a day. Two with lunch. Two with dinner. Eight ounces of water each time. 30 minutes before I eat (more than 30 is better than less than 30 if I’m not sure on time). For me, the price is a lot easier to handle taking 4 a day. Definitely start with that. The 180 bottle lasts a little over a month. Worth it. Leaving my original review below so you can tell it’s all real.}It's difficult to say. I had been previously taking Garcinia from another supplier with AMAZING results! Then they changed their formula and it just stopped working. I had to find a new supplier. The first was a total scam. Then I decided to look on amazon and read their reviews of suppliers instead of looking on the suppliers website to get REAL reviews. I decided on two suppliers to try. Naturewise and one other. I started with Naturewise because it has the best reviews. It's not as good as what I used to take. I know that. I used to take only 2 pills twice a day. These people recommend up to 9 daily! That is too expensive and not practical. I started with 4 a day like I used to. I got sick. Headaches and stomach pains which are 2 known side effects. I decided to stick it out for a week anyway. It got better but was not gone. Went one more week. I no longer feel those side effects. Maybe my body just needed to adjust to the change in ingredients. I have not gained weight sice starting these 2 bottles ago. I lost a bit and am now just holding weight. This could be because the pills are not as good or could be because I am so close to my goal weight. The bigger you are, the easier it is to drop pounds. Once you get smaller it becomes more difficult. I also notice cravings and the need to graze here and there which I did not have at all with my previous supplier. My portion sizes to get full also increased slightly. I upped my dosage to 5 per day. It seemed to help but then went back to how it was so I went up to 6 which is my current dosage. It hasn't been long at all so I don't know if it's helping but I can't keep upping my dosage every month so I hope this does not become a pattern. I will see. I do think that they should put more garcinia and less filler in their pills to cut back on how many you need. 9 a day is crazy and expensive. But overall, this product does have at least some true Garcinia in it and does help with lowering portion sizes, not needing to graze or eat small things all through the day, and with cravings for sweets or othef junk. Is it the best Garcinia product out there? I don't know. I haven't tried enough suppliers to tell. For now it is helping me hold my weight so I will continue to buy. I will probably try a few more suppliers to see how they compare before I decide to stick with these guys for good. But do know that Garcinia Cambogia DOES work. It really does. It helped me lose almost 60 pounds that I know I would not have lost otherwise. It WILL lower your portion sizes without you even realizing because you will feel just as full! It WILL help your brain stop thinking about snacks through the day or feeling the need to "graze" aka snack through the day. It WILL help you avoid cravings. And it WILL help you shed the weight if you eat healthy and stay away from the junk. I did not exercise at all! That being said, not every supplier sells true Garcinia so please read reviews before trying. If this is your first time trying Garcinia than this product will work for you and you will see a difference! It just might not be strong enough for long time Garcinia users. So yes, I would recommend it right now because I currently do not know of a better supplier. If it makes your head or belly hurt stick it out for a week and see if it eases up like mine did. And maybe once you see what Garcinia can do you can start trying other suppliers and see what else is out there. I have attached my oldest before photo and my most recent after photo. Yes, they are REAL! You can tell by the tattoo that they are both the same person. But keep in mind that 80% of the weight I lost was from using a different supplier. I only 3-4 months ago started using Naturewise. I did lose 7 pounds or so on Naturewise alone and this is towards the end of my goal so the pounds come off slower. I just want you to see how well Garcinia in general works. 100% recommend Garcinia to anyone struggling to lose weight. Oh and WARNING- do NOT buy from Islands Miracle on here. They are my previous supplier and as amazing as their product was they RUINED it when they changed the ingredients. It is worthless now. Do not waste your time or money. Research Verified is also a fake supplier with fake reviews. I will adjust my review in the future and update if I stuck with Naturewise or found a better supplier. Good luck! Effective diet, complete detail, very affordable
I came up with a full change using this and other things that has been very effective that I wanted to share. First, this is very affordable, and though this requires a lot of money in supplements, please also remember that if you are overweight you are probably spending $400-$600 a month in food, and this will absolutely save you money at the store and restaurants. So what you put in to the supplements you can easily get back out at the end of your month by not purchasing as much to eat.* NatureWise Raspberry Ketones Plus+ Weight Loss Supplement and Appetite Suppressant (now on called RK+)* NatureWise Green Coffee Bean Extract 800 with GCA Natural Weight Loss Supplement (CBE)* NatureWise Garcinia Cambogia Extract Natural Appetite Suppressant and Weight Loss Supplement (GCE)* Now Foods B-12 (B12)and finally, for the workouts, make sure to get:* McDavid Waist Trimmer (raises your body temp and really gets you sweating to burn more calories)The RK+, CBE, and GCE all help appetite. The B-12 helps with a slow metabolism to help jump-start it. True enough that there is no magic supplement, through many sources of "every little bit helps" we will get to those magic results you want. I crave a lot of food at night, the worst time, and could gain 5 pounds from half a pound of chocolate, so I'm speaking from the heart.1. First wake up, take CBE, GCE, GCE, with a full glass of water2. Wait 45 minutes and eat breakfast. Seriously. You wont lose weight unless you eat soon after waking up, this wakes up your metabolism and gets you started. Breakfast is a MUST. To help keep cost down, I drink an "Equate" brand chocolate shake found right next to the slimfast. Oddly enough, the Equate is actually made with less chemicals too.3. For lunch time, take GCE, GCE, again with a full glass of water.4. Take the B12 and place it under your tongue and let it sit there like you were slowly sucking on a cough drop. DO NOT swallow this tab or you are wasting your time/money. Suck on this and wait for 45 minutes, if its taking too long, chew it very thoroughly and let it dissolve in your mouth.5. Each lunch and then take RK+ to help curb future hunger for the next 4 hours. Ive discovered this product helps tremendously, for short periods of time and you can only take 2 a day, so use them wisely when you know you over-eat. For me it is at night, so I save them for later in the day.6. Dinner time, take CBE, GCE, GCE, once again wait 45 minutes and then eat.7. I wait for at least an hour or two and then take my final RK+ to really make sure I can go to bed without feeling hungry.Notes:You MUST wait the 30-45 minutes before eating. This gives your body time to digest the supplement so that its effects can change your real time hunger sensations. You will notice the feeling of slight nausea you get from really over-eating. As long as you arent actually sick, this seems a normal occurrence that happens to me once every other day or so.If you are finding you are having a hard time waiting the 45 minutes, then you need to adjust your schedule, set an alarm on your $200 dollar phone if you have to, and take it sooner so that you can for the next time. If you take the supplements and then eat right away, they will eventually have the same effect, but by then you have probably eaten too much as per usual for weight problems, and it will be too late.The B12 can really be taken anytime during the day, but I really like using it during one of those 45 minute waits because it helps trick my mind into thinking we are eating when really we arent.How to save the money back:Breakfast can be the Equate brand knockoff of the slimfast shakes. Good amount of calories and ultra cheap compared to a meal.Lunch, I recommend the Amy's brand frozen ANYTHING. It all taste great, you will only spend $3-5, and very few items have more than 400 calories.Using the RK+ effectively and strategically for YOUR body when you need it most will help you not eat as much food, and that of course saves you a lot of money.I eat no less than 1500 calories a day. (1200 if female). If you do not eat at least this much, guess what, you arent losing weight again.BREAKFAST, EAT ENOUGH CALORIES, WAIST BAND w/ MODERATE EXERCISE AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK FOR AN HOUR, this can be very effective overall plan. Lost ten pounds the first week, second week my body leveled out a bit, but I am still looking at a loss of 2-3 pounds. My goal is just to lose 2-5 pounds every week and I think this will be very successful in the long run.
