The item was delivered quickly and I found the quality to be ok. The size was something of a mystery though because it was not 200x200 as one would expect a double duvet to be. It was too short on one side in all my double duvets covers from John Lewis and M&S and too long on the other side.I didn't expect a refund or exchange but I did think that my letter to Bedding Direct UK Customer Sales would at least merit a reply. I am still waiting. Not good service, sorry!!

This duvet is perfect for the Summer months: not too warm, but still warm enough whenever you might have a chill during the cooler Summer nights.Mine had a very small "clump" of filling in one of the corners, hence the 4 star rating intead of 5, but after a bit of smoothing it is fine.Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase, and I believe it is really good value for money.

This is more like a padded blanket than what you might expect of a duvet. But that is fine with me: it is very light and exactly what I needed. I don't like heavy blankets or duvets on top of me at night.

This product is exactly as described. It has good quality filling and outer cover, with lots of bounce. The label states it is machine washable and with a ten year guarantee I have no reason to doubt that it will wash well.The delivery was prompt and I am completly satisfied

Does what it says on the tin. Cool & light. Ideal for hot summer nights. I will probably purchase another - we could all do with one this light and they are not easy to find.

We needed something much lighter for summer as nights were too hot-this cool duvet was just the ticket and we were (are) well satisfied with it, Price, speed of delivery and quality are all satisfactory.
