Relief Pak Heating Unit, 4 Pack Stationary w/o Packs 110V

I've used Chattanooga hydrocollators for decades and went to replace my latest unit but was shocked by the price. Fortunately, this Relief Pak Heating Unit came up for a fraction of the cost, so I decided to give it a try. I am very pleased so far. I love that it is insulated so no more accidentally burning myself and no more overheating the therapy room. Love that the controls are located on the front of the unit and that I can control the temperature whereas I never could do that with the Chattanooga unit. I am being very careful with the lid due to other complaints on here, and so far, so good.

still works 3 yrs later! alternate with cold packs

I purchased a Relief Pak heating unit one year ago. It's been great. Added another one and am very satisfied with it. Only problem I had was the front panel wasn't completely attached on the second one. I snapped it into place and have had no issues with it. I especially like the insulated side walls. More efficient heating.

Great product. People complain about the lid. Just be careful and do not let it drop. You will be fine.

This unit broke within 6 months of purchase. First the plastic handle broke off because it literally could not take the heat. Then the plastic top cracked down the middle starting from where the handle was to the back of the unit, and lastly the temperature gauge came loose and detached from unit. The only good thing about this unit is the coil system but not worth $300, not worth $280, not even worth $100. Company is not easy to work with. They are not willing to back their product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

product seems to work great. was not damaged in shipping. however, I've had it for 2 weeks now and the lid has developed two cracks in different places. not sure why considering I have been very gentle with it. it still seems to be heating well though and no steam seems to be escaping so I'm going to try to order just the lid and replace it.

This hydrocollator permit to have hot your hot packages quickly. Plug it directly at the wall,, not in a extention. Change water every week . Clean it carefully and all will be fine.

Less expensive, good quality, has thermostat to regulate temperature, good handles. Does not leak from condensation as my other one did.
