Like all digital books in that format, the layout is terrible! Particularly for a textbook like this, I occasionally like to print sections and highlight, make notes, and re-read on paper before my lectures. Such worthless non-layout formats destroy any possibility of doing this. Returned this for a refund.

Kindle version = epub/mobi format, a MESS!
I purchased this digital book, only to realize afterwards that it is epub/MOBI format. Like all digital books in that format, the layout is terrible! Particularly for a textbook like this, I occasionally like to print sections and highlight, make notes, and re-read on paper before my lectures. Such worthless non-layout formats destroy any possibility of doing this. Returned this for a refund.
