Excellent vegan/vegetarian D3 supplement at a great price
My daughter and husband were diagnosed with vitamin D deficiencies, so taking a supplement is a must. Finding the right one can be hard for those who are vegan, as most vitamin D products come from animal sources. Forest Leaf D3 is suitable for vegetarians/vegans, and it's easy enough even for my husband to swallow (he is horrible about taking pills!). Also, Forest Leaf is a great company - a small business that focuses on sustainability, high-quality ingredients, and health. And they work! So far so good. This is the third type of Vitamin D I have tried, and all the others are either too large or have an aftertaste (which is horrible). Also, being vegetarian, they are perfect. They are more affordable than other brands. All in all, a win/win.

Great vegetarian vitamin D3 supplement
I’ve been taking these capsules for around a year for low vitamin D levels. I like these capsules because they are vegetarian (no gelatin) and they have a simple, clear ingredient list. I’ve had no issues swallowing the capsules and there’s been no weird aftertastes. I think the 5000 IU dose works well since it gives me easy control over my dosage. My vitamin D levels have increased, as measured by my doctors’ lab tests, so they seem to be working.
