Can I hook up two zones?

You can but you will need separate "volume controls" for each zone. I would use the Bogan controllers. Just make sure you het the correct voltage or ohms to match your install. For example, If you wanted 2 zones on a 25v system you would get 2 of the AT-35A. That will only give you a max of 35w per zone however. As most of the Rauland and bogan speakers are connected at .5w that would allow you to connect 60-70 speakers per zone. Good luck on your install!

100 watts of power as I read the specks

Is this amp suppose to Overheat, i used it for 2 hrs playing music one celling speakers, the to of the amp was extremely hot, doesn't it have an fan?
